I’m Jennifer, a creative spirit…and I strive to live artfully. My imagination comes to life through acrylic on canvas creations (and practically anything else that paint will stick to!), leaving behind vibrant doses of energy and inspiration. My child-like creations evoke happiness…and I am inspired by practically anything such as a coffee mug, a catalog I get in the mail, or something I see while driving.  Oh…and one more thing! Since I am a wife to one and mother to four girls, my life revolves around constant chaos – is life suppose to be any other way?!? In the end, my goal is to make both art and happiness a habit!

What’s the #1 played song on your iPod? I have a selection of cheesy love songs that I play over and over again.  Free by the Zac Brown Band, Come and Get Higher by Matt Nathanson, Crazy Love by Van Morrison and Rhythm of Love by The Plain White T’s just to name a few.

What is one of your favorite quotes, song lyrics or Bible verses? Make happiness a habit.

Besides crafting, what other things do you like to do? I enjoy cooking and entertaining.  I enjoy looking through cooking magazines and seeing the endless possibilities when it comes to recipes!

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
To be the perfect mother to my four girls…but I might have already given up on that one!

What are you most looking forward to about the Homespun Chic Holiday Marketplace?
Meeting new people, seeing fabulous handmade products and sharing my art/imagination with others.

What’s your favorite holiday beverage at Starbucks? (And, are you a fan of the red cups?!)
I currently like the Salted Caramel Mocha…hot or over ice.  Red cups???  I guess I never take the time to look at the color of the cup!

What’s something you’ve done that you think no other vendor has done?
I am not 100% certain if I am the only vendor or not…but I have written and self published a book titled “There are No Mistakes in Art” – offering inspiration for all ages!
